As a first time home buyer I would very much recommend Dave. Dave got me pre-qualified and was able to get me approved for my first home! There were some hurdles with financing but through the ups and downs Dave was always working with me and my agent and the seller to resolve all issues. Got the rate and price I wanted and Dave was very informative and knowledgeable about the whole loan and home buying process. Would very much recommend him to anyone looking to purchase in CO.
